Residential Consultations

A residential consultation is complete and comprehensive.  The initial visit includes will take approximately 1-3 hours and includes:

• Meeting with you to discuss your goals and objectives and any life issues that you may be experiencing. 

• Observing the entire exterior and grounds surrounding the residence.

• Compass reading of the structure using the LoPan compass. 

• Observation and measurement of each room in the structure.  I will be making notes on colors, furnishings, artwork, and other vital information needed..

• Photographing both the interior and exterior.

The tools I will bring as part of the consultation are: 

• Chinese LoPan – The traditional Feng Shui compass used to take accurate directional measurement.
• Digital camera – I will be taking pictures to help in the full consultation.
• Measurement tools – I will need to take accurate measurements of each room.

You will need to provide:

• Birthdates of each occupant.
• Date of the residence construction and dates of renovations to the structure.
• A floor plan of the structure, if possible.

The Follow Up Visit

I will compile a written report with detailed, room-by-room recommendations based on your goals and objectives discussed during the initial visit.  The follow up visit will take approximately 1-2 hours.  I will review and clarify the written report and discuss recommended changes and remedies based on the principles of traditional Feng Shui to create the most harmonious and balanced energies possible within the environment.

I am very committed to your satisfaction with the consultation.  You may e-mail me at any time after the consultation with questions and concerns.  Follow-up information is free of charges as long as I do not come back out to your residence.
